She was raised in Delhi, where her father ran a management firm and her mother taught as a professor in PGDAV College. She did her schooling from Sardar patel Vidyalaya and completed her graduation in history from the prestigious St Stephen’s College. Later, Richa joined Sophia College in Mumbai to pursue a post graduate diploma in Social Communication Media.
