  1. Maintain a routine sleep schedule.

Sleep is the one thing that can enhance your day productively or otherwise. You must sleep for 7 to 8 hours daily. These 7 to 8 hours must ideally range between 10 PM to 7 AM. You should try going to bed early so that you can wake up timely. Waking up early has its benefit that can range vastly. Sleeping for less than 7 hours will affect your day negatively. You’ll feel lethargic and sleepy, and you will also lack productivity and motivation. Therefore, take ample sleep that helps you carry yourself throughout the day. This will help you reconnect with your inner self, not lose yourself in the process of competition, and will help you prepare for the competition in a better way. When you feel anxiety and tension of the exams taking over you, practice on the spot mindfulness exercises such as deep breathing, letting go of everything for a moment, and staying in the present. These will enhance your studies and concentration as well.
