Assam is located in north-east India and just like other parts of India, the government in Assam has also digitalized the records of land records. This has certainly worked as an advantage as people can now check land records easily before even dealing with the second party. These records are made available via the Integrated Land Record Management System which is also known as ILRMS.

:- Revenue Department in Assam has dedicated a website to check the land records in Assam the website can be accessed with help of the link http://revenueassam.nic.in/
:- On this link, you will notice that there is a section in the header section the page. Navigate to this section and click on the type of service you wish to avail. check in below screenshot.
:- Here, to get the land records, you can click on Replication of Bhunaksha / Geology. You will be taken to a new page and here, you need to enter the state, district, sub-division, circle, Mouza, Lot number and Village.
:- After entering these details, you will also have to enter the Dag no or Patta No to proceed and click on Show Reports once the details have been entered.
:- The land records along with the Bhu Naksha or Land Map will now be displayed on the screen.

It will land you another page where you have to enter captcha code and search the details. You can search it by dag number, patta number and pattadar Name.
You can take the printout of these details and use it in future as and when required. The process to get these details is totally free and it is certainly of great advantage for everyone.
