#3 Lee Strasberg’s Method
In this technique, actors should deepen their ties to the work by mimicking their characters’ experiences in the context of their own lives. By doing so, one should be able to have a better knowledge of and a deeper connection to the emotional states of their characters.
#4 Atlantic’s Practical Aesthetics
This approach is divided into two parts-act before thinking and thinks before acting.
