It can also be helpful to set a timer and work for a set amount of time before taking a break. During your break, you can do something that relaxes you or takes your mind off of work, such as reading, listening to music and so on.
If you find yourself getting stressed about a particular situation, it may help to take some deep breaths and visualization exercises. Try picturing yourself in a calm place, such as the beach or a meadow, and take slow, deep breaths. This will help your body to relax and may reduce some of the anxiety you are feeling.
