📖 Storyline
Hello Mummy follows the story of Boney, a carefree and mischievous man who runs a pet shop. Despite his family’s efforts to get him married, Boney avoids commitment. However, he eventually meets Stephy, a highly educated woman, and they develop a connection. Stephy agrees to marry Boney on the condition that he moves into her house post-marriage.
After their wedding, Boney discovers that Stephy’s deceased mother’s spirit, who is obsessive-compulsive, haunts the house and disapproves of him. The spirit enforces strict household rules, making Boney’s life challenging. Determined to win her approval, Boney and Stephy communicate secretly via text messages, as the spirit can only hear spoken words.
As the story unfolds, Boney seeks help from Kanchamma, a fading spiritual expert, and encounters Ashabha, a spirit hunter with ulterior motives. In a climactic showdown, Stephy’s mother’s spirit and Kanchamma join forces to protect the couple, ultimately vanquishing the evil and bringing peace to the family.
In conclusion, Hello Mummy offers a humorous take on supernatural elements intertwined with familial relationships. Its availability on Amazon Prime Video allows a wider audience to experience this entertaining horror-comedy.
