Step 4: Now, the page will display a fill-up form with the heading “Form 6”. The default medium of the form 6 will be set to Hindi; the page will have options to change the language. Step 5: Now, start filling in the form carefully with all the details as requested on the form. PS: All the asterisk (*) marked fields are mandatory, skip any of the asterisks marked field and the website will not accept your form.
Step 6: While filling in the form, remember to be careful enough to enter all the details correct as same as on the proof records.
Step 7: On the form, you will find fields that request you to upload the proof documents. At this section, the first field will be to upload “Your Photograph”, to upload the photograph, click on the “Choose File” button near and then a box pops up, now, select the photo to be uploaded (jpg, png, bmp, jpeg) from the file destination and then, click the “open” button on the bottom of the box and the file will be uploaded instantly.
Step 8: The next field will be to upload the “Age-Proof”, now, click the button “Choose File” button near and then a box pops up, select the document required (jpg, png, bmp, jpeg) from the file destination and click the “open” button at the bottom of the box and the file will be uploaded. Now, select the type of document that you have uploaded from drop-down menu near.
Step 9: Next, will be to upload the “Address-proof”, click the button “Choose File” button near and a box pops up, select the document required (jpg, png, bmp, jpeg) from the file destination and click the “open” button at the bottom of the box and the file will be uploaded. Now, select the type of document that you have uploaded from drop-down menu near.
Step 10: Once, you have completed the uploading procedure; the next field will be to fill in the “declaration form”. Fill in this declaration form as requested and click the “Submit” button below.
The form-6 once submitted will be processed by the Election Commission of India. Once the processing proceeds, a booth level officer will visit you in person at your residential address. The purpose of the visit will be to verify the details submitted on the form-6. On successful verification, the application processing process continues and the voters’ ID card will be delivered to your address within 30-50-days.
Check form application status online West Bengal
Like mentioned above, the applicant has to wait for at least 30-days to get the official voters’ ID card delivered to your address. However, within this time, the applicant can track the status of the form application submitted by simply typing in the reference ID and reference number. Download voters’ ID card online West Bengal
The Election Commission of India does not offer any services that allow the user to download the voters’ ID card from online. There is no such option to download the official voters’ ID card online by any means. However, the user can download and print the voters’ ID card details. But this cannot be used for any official purpose and it is not an official document. Here is how to download the voters’ ID card detail.
Step 1: Visit the official website of “Election commission of India” or click here instead http://eci.nic.in/eci/eci.html
Step 2: On the Home screen of the Election Commission of India website, you can find several options arranged left-hand side and right-hand side. On the right-hand side, you will find an option that says “National Voters Service Portal”. Select this option or instead click here http://www.nvsp.in/
Step 3: On this page, on the right-hand side you will find a heading “Citizen Information” and two options below it. Select the option “Booth, AC, and PC” or click here instead http://electoralsearch.in/
Step 4: Now, on the page, you will find an option “Search by Details” and “Search by EPIC No”, select any one option and a fill-up form will appear. Enter all the details carefully as requested and submit the form.
Once, the form is submitted and of the name is already added to the voters’ list the page will display the name on the screen. Click the name and the voters’ ID card details will be displayed, scroll to the down-bottom and click the “print” option. Now the voters’ ID card details will be downloaded and printed.
